  My guest in this episode is Colin Murphy. Colin is the Director & Co Founder of a real estate firm called Torcana which buys, renovates and sells high cash flowing rental properties in Tampa Florida. Aside from being the in house “number cruncher” for Torcana, Colin spends most of his time bidding on property auctions, organizing direct mail campaigns, networking with local wholesalers and promoting their products to out of state and overseas investors. Colin started out in 2004 selling advertising space in real estate magazines and exhibitions in the UK & Ireland. It gave him a great insight into the industry as he was constantly meeting and pitching business to experienced professionals. In 2009 he set up Torcana.com with two friends the goal of offering marketing services to sellers of completed, tenanted and cash flow positive deals in the state of Florida.
