In this role his responsibilities include conducting engaging negotiation and conflict management training seminars and providing individual negotiation/persuasion coaching for young professionals. Although this new opportunity takes the majority of his time, he is still helping business owners negotiate better deals and form a firm legal foundation and helping families to solidify their legacies through solid estate planning.
