In this episode we are joined by all three members of Spirit Caravan. Dave Sherman, Ed Gulli, and Doom Metal forefather, WINO. The band talks with us about what brought Spirit Caravan back together last year. We talk new Spirit Caravan music, the writing process, recording in an old school style (no Pro Tools!), being nice in the music industry, Wino's recent tour with Black Label Society, how Wino managed to become accepted in the Washington DC punk scene in a time when punk and metal fans were at odds. The guys talk about their thoughts on Youtube, and a ton more in an episode any rock music fan would love. We kick off the episode with talk of recent concerts, our love of the Downtown Lounge, the awesome band Dirty Streets that we discovered when they opened for Spirit Caravan, and we play a track from a kick ass trio out of Michigan called Slumlord Radio.
