It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass!  Today, we return to downtown Paso Robles for an interview with Caitlin Pianetta of Pianetta Winery.  The winery,  itself is located i San Miguel, just a short 20 minute drive outside of Paso, but the tasting room is located in downtown on 13th St.  Pianetta Winery focuses on vineyard specific red wines emphasizing specific varietal characteristics. During the conversation we discuss the two wines they started with (Cabernet / Syrah) and what it is like to take over winemaking from Caitlin’s  father.
