It's a big day in the Windy City Irish Radio studio as the lads welcome singer-songwriter George Murphy all the way from Dublin. George, a former member of The High Kings, has had number one albums in Ireland produced by the legendary Phil Coulter and has also collaborated with the biggest names in Irish Folk such as The Dubliners Official and The Fureys. He is now back out on his own with his new band, The Rising Sons. George plays a few tunes, tells stories of his touring days and current lockdown days and chats about his big concert this Tuesday November 17th honoring the late great Luke Kelly Music on his 80th birthday.
