Stefanie Hidebrand of Kapenaker Blooms joined Simon to talk about The growing Slowflower movement. The Slowflower movement is always trying to look at the bigger picture, considering the questions: What is the mark I will leave? Who is responsible for my behavior? The Slowflower vision is a seasonal and sustainable flower market without toxins, without flowers having to be flown in, and flowers that are fairly produced! Stefanie has spent 20 years finding the land for her flower field and has now embarked on a slow flower journey. There have been some twists and turns along the way.
