A few months ago, I took the drive down to Los Angeles to attend an IEEM conference, Simply Italian Great Wines.  Today I am sharing the recording of the Master class about Federdoc. This consorzio is a Voluntary Consortia National Confederation for the Protection of the Italian Wines Designations that was established in 1979.
