In no uncertain terms, Joe Biden calls out #Republicans, specifically Donald Trump, for being responsible for 25% of the debt and now holding the country hostage to raise the #DebtCeiling. Republicans are now on the kick about holding Americans hostage unless Democrats cut Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Do not believe their State of the Union conversion. Nor do not let them use Joe Biden’s past statements about freezing these programs to fool you.
