This podcast has been a long time coming, as Shaw has been on my list since the inception of this show. He has been an incredible helper and coach in my life. My first television exposure was due to Shaw Grigsby and he really brought me into the industry. After a few years, we decided to launch a show and Shaw was incredibly encouraging and even let us borrow his crew. He really cut the learning curve a lot and I've been forever grateful for that. After so many years Shaw has maintained that same level of teaching and encouragement with me and so many other people.
