Which is one of the reasons why I decided to go through the Spanish Wine Scholar program. For the letter H, we chose Hondarrabi Zuri from the autonomous region Pais Vasco. Seen on a label as Txakoli, the white grape variety is a slightly sparkling, very dry white wine with high acidity and low alcohol. And who would we ask to be our guest?
