We are often being affected by other people's demons when we are tempted to go with them to do evil. We don't realize they are being tempted by demons that are now extending their influence through them to us. This is the chain reaction of evil influence that brings us both into bondage. Demons also operate within us. They seek to merge themselves with us in such a way as to deceive us into defending our behavior as being part of who we are. We become offended when other people try to call our attention to our behavior. We take it personally and  get defensive.
