While the turmoil was occurring in the House of Representatives as Right-Wing MAGA Republicans held it hostage, Biden highlighted the Infrastructure Bill with Mitch McConnell and others in Kentucky. Unfortunately, his false praise for McConnell must be called out. President Biden, in his zeal to promote bipartisanship, appeared in a public appearance highlighting the Infrastructure Bill with Sen. Mitch McConnell and Sen. Sherrod Brown, among other politicians from both parties. They wanted to point out the reconstruction of the Brent Spence Bridge. Biden’s statement about McConnell drew the ire of many Democrats and Progressives.
