    How do you respond in an emergency? Jeremy Holder is the managing director and co-founder of EmergiSim. He was born and raised in Western Australia and joined the army at the age of seventeen in which he served as a medic in the Australian Regular Army for seven years. Jeremy was also an Underwater Medicine Clinician within the Special Operations Command for four years and got deployed to Afghanistan and Domestic Counter-Terrorism as a platoon medic. Jeremy later became a civilian Intensive Care Paramedic for NSW Ambulance for twelve years.  During that time, he had four days on five days off, which was too much free time for him not to do anything with, and as such, Jeremy identified a need in his industry. It led him to start TacMed, a company specialising in equipment and training for high-threat environments.
