John has managed the family business since 1998, overseeing all aspects of the operation including diamond procurement, accounting, sales and marketing. Prior to functioning in that capacity John was the sales manager. In 2004 John and his sister Meg Henne Gibson assumed full ownership of the company that was established in 1887 by their great grandfather, Rudolf Joseph Henne.The mission of Henne Jewelers is to strengthen and enhance relationships, and John most enjoys the part he and Henne Jewelers can play in couples’ lives as they prepare for marriage and grow in love throughout their married lives. Larry is the Director of Security Sales for the Northeastern United States for Diebold where he is responsible for all security solutions and sales in the Northeastern United States He started working for Diebold in 1984 as an account manager and has been promoted 4 times to get to his current position. At Diebold, he has achieved the Master's Circle 14 times every year from 1984-2000 with the exception of 1990. Larry has his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and got his undergrad in business and marketing from the University of Evansville. He is on the board of the Butler YMCA and for the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (Serving Leader). He enjoys biking, weightlifting, skiing, and reading. He has 3 children, Bethany, Joe, and Emily, and has been married to his wife Pam for over 30 years!

This month I had the opportunity to sit down with Tony Quatrini. Tony was named Pittsburgh Steelers Director of Marketing in March 2000. He is responsible for all marketing, broadcasting and sales efforts for both the Steelers and Heinz Field. Previously, he held the positions of: General Sales Manager at FOX Sports Net Pittsburgh, Account Executive for WTAE-TV and Director of Sports Marketing for the Steelers Radio Network.Tony is currently a board member for the American Ireland Fund of Pittsburgh, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh, and the Highmark Caring Foundation.Tony is a committee member for the Extra Mile Foundation golf outing, which supports the education of urban children in Pittsburgh area schools. He is also a committee member of the Hoge-Starks-Ward Celebrity Golf Classic, an event that raises revenue to benefit grieving children at the Highmark Caring Place.

John is President and CEO of Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation/Serving Leaders, Founder of The Ship Company and Author of The Serving Leader . He teaches in the graduate leadership programs of Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa. and Bakke Graduate University in Seattle, Wash. and Hong Kong, serves on the Mennonite Education Agency Board, and consults on the subject of Serving Leadership in numerous business, non-profit organizations, universities and hospitals. John is a member of the National Speakers Association.
