During the week we attended the Publisher's Association's annual AGM, so we are delighted to welcome our guest, Emma House, Deputy CEO at The Publisher's Association to share with us her thoughts on what the year ahead, and beyond, may hold for the publishing industry.

As part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations, we sponsored the People Development Stream at London Book Fair. We organised and chaired a couple of seminars, today we bring you our Building an Inclusive and Diverse Workforce for the Future seminar.

After a successful week at London Book Fair, our podcast today is focussing on Publishing priorities and the focus for the industry this year, as well as looking ahead to hear what the future might hold, with Nigel Roby, Owner and Chief Executive of The Bookseller.

This year is the 20 year anniversary of Inspired Selection and to celebrate this we are proud to produce a podcast. For today’s podcast we hear about the crucial role played by Rights in publishing, and with the London Book Fair fast approaching we discuss how best to prepare for the biggest event of the year, with Amy Joyner, Head of Rights & Licensing at Kogan Page!

We kicked off our 20th year celebrations with a campaign at London Book Fair this year where we sponsored the People Development Seminar stream. Whilst we covered many subjects in the stream, one of the most notable, and sell out events was our Women in Leadership seminar.
