This week Bennett Ferguson and Stu Watts are joined by Brandon Stone. Melbourne artist Brandon Stone was raised on the north side, and it's time for him to return the love the his home suburbs have shown him all these years. Following the success of singles Fitness, All Out ft Carlito Hendrix, and Front 2 Back ft Junor, his long-awaited debut album, 'NORTHSIDE LULLABY', a collection of epic tales about heartbreak, recovery, triumph and love, is due for release this January. Brandon's always lived his life by the motto "No Rain, No Flowers" and it's that motto that's driven the creation of this project. Inspired by the likes of Drake and his affinity to home city Toronto, this album is a love letter to Melbourne, specifically its' northern suburbs. The North is a family, and those from the area will be able to picture the places he's talking about, and maybe even the people whose stories he's telling. If you're in the alternative scene in Melbourne, then you most definitely already know who Beau is... and if you don't know who he is, you will have heard his work. From garnering industry attention with his drumming in Closure In Moscow, to being behind the boards with Between You And Me & Earth Caller, Beau has earnt his spot amongst the most sought after engineers in the state. This was a great chat, with some killer insights for any up-and-coming audio engineers!

This week Stu Watts, Bennett Ferguson and Steven Cannatelli are joined by musician and sound engineer Shaun Fuller. Shaun started his journey by playing in pop punk band Brighter at Night, and discovered a knack for production and sound engineering. He spent a couple of years in the studio, but then found it was in the live sound field where he really started to make a name for himself. He most recently found himself as the front of house engineer of Australian hardcore band The Amity Affliction. He fills us in on how he went from trying to be the "rock star" to making other bands sound amazing. Shaun is a champion and it was a pleasure to chat to him!

This week we sat down with Sean Daly, who was the former bassist of Australian Rock legends Antiskeptic. He has also been a youth worker for more than a decade, helping to organise all ages FReeZA gigs for numerous local councils.
