    On this episode of WOCTalk we sit down with Barbara Dale, RN, CHHN, CWOCN. Barbara started her career as a nursing assistant in long term care in 1985. She has worked in a variety of settings from acute care to psychiatric prisons but found her niche in home health after obtaining her RN in 2000.
