The secret to connecting is to ‘Open your speech with a Question’ – 011

The opening of your speech has to engage them in a way that connects with their own personal experience. How a ‘KISS’ can simply ensure you are understood – 009

What you can do if you forget what to say next – 008

I know it can happen, so in this episode you will learn how to cope with this by avoiding looking at the floor or ceiling. This is because when you do you, you can break your connection with the audience. What you can do instead is simply maintain eye contact with your audience and pause.
