Today's guest is Lynn Tolson. As a child, Lynn was a victim of sexual abuse and exposed to domestic violence. As a young woman she suffered post-traumatic stress disorder, which manifested in addictions and suicide attempts. Ultimately, she was able to achieve a life that reflects health and happiness. Her memoir, Beyond the Tears, illustrates physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation; her story offers a message of hope.

Tonight's guest is Bernard Sindler. In the mid-1940s,at the age of 18, Bernie was a magician with a deck of cards, possibly the best sleight of hand man around. While taking a train ride to Florida he had a chance meeting with Meyer Lansky, and a friendship developed that lasted until Lansky's death in 1983. Lansky sent Bernie to Las Vegas where he worked as a spotter at Bugsy Siegel's Flamingo. He went on to be part owner in the Silver Slipper, Circus Circus, and the Frontier.

Today's guest is Catherine Paris, author of Modern Day Slavery: Human Trafficking Revealed. There are currently 600,000 to 800,000 persons being trafficked each year.

Tonight's guest is Sid Rudich. In 1987, Sid was co-owner of the Silver Spur casino in Henderson, Nevada. That October he escaped being executed by two robbers, only to become the target of a skimming investigation by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. He is currently writing a book about his experiences called The Las Vegas Squeeze.
