This week, we focus on the meaning of worship as developed in the Old Testament. We saw how worship was evident in the way obedience lived out in the lives of God’s people (no matter what!) and that worship meant giving what was costly to the one worshipping

 How should the church pray so that we might experience the power of the prayer see in the Scriptures? Together we see the biblical example that we should pray purposefully, pray persistently, pray patiently, and pray practically.

On one hand, prayer is simple. It’s talking to God. On the other hand, we often get it wrong by centering on ourselves, making it individual, and leaving out God. Come learn what it is to pray as Jesus taught us in the Lord’s Prayer. 

When we get to heaven, we will all wish we had prayed more. Join us on a fast-paced overview of why prayer matters, how we are to pray, and what holds us back from healthy prayer lives.

As the Mosaic covenant with Israel and God is ratified in blood, we are reminded of the reliability of God's promises, as well as the terms and takeaways of the covenant.Passage: Exodus 24

We often get “law” wrong. We are either too lax or too strict. What is a tight relationship with law. Come learn how right relationship starts with grace, requires doing, centers on God, but doesn’t neglect others.Passage: Exodus 20-23

Like Israel, even though God is leading us to rescue, we forget his power and his love, so we complain and doubt, but God is faithful and gracious still. What a God we serve.Passage: Exodus 13 - 17

As God initiates a covenant with Israel, his holiness is on full display at Sinai—reminding us who He is and How we are to relate to Him.Passage: Exodus 19
