Ed and AJ are reunited a year to the day of creating the new segment to her podcast "Birds Of A Feather" with the male perspective episode aptly titled, THE CO-ED EDITION after her friend of many years, Eddie B. Join as they commiserate the "new normal" in quarantine from COVID19 and the eve of the VIRTUAL NFL DRAFT 2020.

No sports talk at the moment but next week AJ will rundown her hits and misses of the upcoming Quarantine online NFL Draft broadcast. This pod is about you. Where are you at mentally in this mid April quarantine season? Panic? Indifference? Dread? Anger? Asking questions and wondering out loud what i feel all of this means. A week after all organized sports grinded to a halt, the NFL roses from the ashes, defiant as ever with free agency gold. The weirdest week in quarantine and no good games watching has allowed for random Twitter rumors of possible new team signings to become the distraction us lowly sports fans all needed.

This damn airborne lllness nicknamed the "Coronavirus" has LITERALLY put a stop the sports and entertainment industry. Within 48 hours what was looking like a fun day of analyzing a great Sixers home win ended in a league standstill later that night. Not one single sports association are operating currently. Is this the detox that nature ordered? Or was it a sign of the times?

WIth the Sixers latest disappointing news in Ben Simmons freak injury and now a reinjured Joel Embiid, where have we seen this disappointing story develop before? Why do Philly fans have to watch our teams fizzle out before a playoff stand? My thoughts...

AJ is tired of the Negadelphian versus objective opinions that are drowning social media from fans,reporters, analysts and gossip blogs inba post-Eagles timeframe. We hang onto rumors and "anonymous sources" like a life preserver,yet we fail to question the motives. Sixers are now the result of these lazy rumors. Why do we bite on it?

Time has passed since SB52 amd the amazing win and Victory parade down Broad Street. Now, with the arrival of the postseason and another 6 months before players hit the field for preseason how does one get through football withdrawl? Amazons recent 5 episode series All Or Nothing on the Eagles recent postseason loss showed a battle tested squad that brought us fans back to reality. Plus Sixers hopefully coming out of their funk and making playoffs looking suspect.

AJ like you had a long week and with the SB coming and the news of Kobe and the three families that perished last weekend...its time to sprinkle some realness on my takes on Eagles, Sixers and life....Cheers

Regardless of the shocking exits of the Eagles and now the Ravens, 2020 postseason footbal is looking as unappetizing as moldy fruit. Yes i should have expected an upset somewhere but i didnt see it being the TENNESSEE' TITANS beating the BALTIMORE RAVENS

Wentz won in my book. He played a full season and he won a NFC East title. The team won in that regard. What CANNOT happen latee this year for the 2020 season are THE INJURIES, THE BAD PLAYCALLING AND THE PERSONNEL MISTAKES. Why does the front office NOT LEARN from past drafting and sentimental player decisions? Seems to also be a key factor to a roller coaster of a season

Why does the Eagles suddenly becomubg rejuvenated with new faces and now playoff bound do for the other franchises? With the Sixers back on a losing streak and the Flyers even taking a couple Ls..is it time to look at Coaching or not take it to mean anything?

Two years after the Eagles SB win seems to have set an invisible bar so high thay not even the Eagles of today can surpass it. Is that due to fans unrealistic expectations or is it warranted? Things seem to look a little brighter since the Cowboys loss on Sunday...but will it mean a new bar is rising?

AJ lets it be known she is not here for the negadelphian hot takes BUT there is a disturbing trend messing with both Sixers and Eagles Coaching that is causing alot of miscommunication and mental lapses with the players. Also..part one of Eagles/Cowboys prediction...

Eagles win in regulation against Washington BUT where Wentz and company were spectacular, the Defense left ALOT of room for doubt. Fumbles with Wentz are constant...and rookie wide receivers like JJ fizzled while practice squad receivers looked like vets and shined..but at what cost will this seal or determine a win or loss against the Cowboys next Sunday? Why is every win so difficult?

Carson and the Eagles decided to make Monday Night Football a 5th quarter spectacle. Little did we know it shifted the negative talk about Wentz not being clutch. Now that the Eagles win versus the Giants allows them more breathing room in the division, now a couple new faces have extended the faith of the Birdgang.

Feelings of dread and desperation suck. It also sucks when the Philadelphia Eagles have taken more Ls than they have landed Ws this season. AJ reflects on the season that STILL is lingering around like a bad stench.
