We don't know about you guys, but everywhere we turn it seems like it's a new 'trick' or 'hack'. Don't get us wrong. Tactics, tricks AND hacks have their place. But the moment they BECOME the strategy and you lose sight of the transformation you're called to bring, you miss the point. It's REALLY bad this time of year as well! This past weekend we did something that was TOTALLY out of the norm. Pricing your product or service can be a tricky thing. We are CONSTANTLY asked this question. Believe it or not, it has nothing to do with your customer, but everything to do with YOU! How you price your products and services is often a reflection of how you view the value of what you’re offering. To make matters even trickier, what happens when you and your spouse don’t agree on the pricing structure in your business?

I can recall when we were SO burnt out with LIFE that we didn’t even have a clear picture of what we REALLY wanted because we couldn’t see past the situation we were in. It was BAD! You KNOW you’re in a bad place when what you DON’T want is clearer than what you DO want. That’s a sign. By being diligent and sticking with our process, we started to see our way out of that emotional mess. But what awaited was another monster that often stunts the growth of couples in business everywhere. We started getting comfortable with what ONCE please us and no longer challenged what was on our plate. Was it still nutritious? Or had it gone stale? Just a few short weeks ago, we embarked on something that even our coaches thought was not in the right marketing ‘flow.’ According to the ‘formula’ we should have already done webinars, challenges and the like before hosting our first event together. But to be transparent, we knew at the beginning of the year, regardless of what didn’t happen, we KNEW we were supposed to do a live event. The CRAZY part was, EVERY-thing was NEW. New market. We’ve never shared this story publically, but the idea of Marriedpreneur Life was initially birthed with some good friends of ours who also were building businesses together. We didn’t have a legit name for it at the time, but we DID start a media network and started crafting weekly video episodes (Light Central Station on Youtube if you can still find it…). Well, as our lives began to take on their own path, we knew things would be changing as our seasons changed. We recently flew out to Dallas to present workshops at an international training conference. We’ve been a part of this conference for years and are so honored to be apart of it.
