Guys… welcome to the first edition of CRAPERNET!! What is Crapernet, you ask? Crapnernet is a new segment where we watch a terrible movie and then have to force ourselves to talk about it. Our first pick for the new segment is the Netflix original movie, The Incredible Jessica James. We paired it with Tank Winery's FANTASTIC Dream Police. Definitely get the wine, maybe hold off on the movie. But whatever you choose, we think that Episode 15 will pair very nicely. Cheers!

This week is full of reminiscing of Meg's cheerleading days and regrets as Katelyn realizes she might have missed her calling of being a cheerleader. Either way, we spend episode 13 diving into Bring It On while sipping Curious Beasts Cabernet. It was truly a delightful evening and we would love for you to join in on the fun. Cheers!

We tried something new for this week's episode of Gabernet! Not only did we watch a movie on opening day BUT we also watched this movie together! It took everything in us not to discuss I Feel Pretty while in the theater and save our thoughts for recording this episode. We paired I Feel Pretty with Dr. Jebediah Drinkwell's Meritage 2015, a red wine from Paso Robles. So cheers to something new!

This week we gab about a movie with not one, but TWO of our crushes: Paul Rudd and Jason Segal star in the one and only I Love You Man. We also explore our artistic sides by drawing on the Blank Canvas Pinot Noir bottle. All in all, a fantastic night any way you look at it. Cheers to episode 11!

Guys! Not only is this the TENTH episode but we're gabbing about one of our fav chick flicks of all times... Clueless! We also grab a bottle of Bogle's Cabernet. So many reasons to listen to this episode! 

It's Meg's birthday episode and bringing out the best of the best: Meg's sister, some amazing Tank Winery wine, and ZENON GIRL OF THE 21ST CENTURY! That's right, we're visiting our preteen days with the movie that was way too accurate with their predictions of the future. So zetus lapitus, fill up your wine glass and give episode 9 a listen!

It happened! We finally had different opinions on the movie of the week. Yep, that's right! It only took 8 episodes…. But anyway, Sleeping with Other People was the movie we chose this week and our oh so favorite Tank Winery provided Nothing Corporate, the perfect red blend to pair with our evening. We're excited to share our thoughts on both in this week's episode of Gabernet.

Episode 7 was SUPPOSED to be about the movie Spring Breakers but um… have you seen that movie trailer?? WAY too intense. So instead, we brought in a couple of spring breakers from Kentucky to describe the difference between their vacation and the one in the movie. Forgetting Sarah Marshall is the movie we chose in place of that crazy movie because there was still a vacation involved and that's a huge part of what Spring Break is. We enjoyed a tasty 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon for the pod recording but chose the Cupcake Rose to share with our guests for their interview. So pick your poison, pour up, relax, and get ready for Episode 7.

This week's episode is full of sniffles, Emergen-c, and a pretty bad movie. Guys… hope we're not building this episode up too much. Leap Year was the movie we chose to watch in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. We also traded in our wine glasses for green mugs full of Irish hot whiskey, which sadly did not make this movie any more pleasant. But despite the colds we both had and the poor movie selection, we still had a blast recording Episode 6. Enjoy!

It's officially episode 5 and we're back to gabbing about one of our favs - 13 Going on 30! Between the quirkiness and romantic story line, this rom com is one for the books! We also try out a bottle of Rosa Obscura, a red blend from California, delivered to my door by our non sponsor Winc. Check them out!

After 3 episodes, we thought it was time to talk about a movie we felt was best described as a DUD. It has it all: bad acting, huge plot holes, and so much more. This week we paired an amazing Gamay (turns out that's a type of wine), Les Bobos, with this movie. Thank goodness this wine wasn't a dud because we're pretty sure it's the only thing that got us through this movie. So pour up! It's time to listen to episode 4.

We've made it to Episode 3 and couldn't be more excited! Today we discuss Dirty Dancing while drinking a smooth red blend, I Am The Storm, from Tank Garage Winery (our non sponsor). So pour yourself a glass of your favorite wine and relax while we dig wayyyy too into Dirty Dancing.

In episode 2, not only do we dive into one of the classic early 2000s movies, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, but we also remember to review the wine consumed during the episode! We decided to pair Montrose (a nice red blend) from Tank Garage Winery with this movie and strongly recommend that you do too. Cheers!
