The 90 MPH Formula with Dr. Josh Heenan - 126
19/07/2019 Duração: 48minEvery pitcher dreams of the day they're told they hit two numbers on the radar gun, 90 MPH. What if I told you there was a formula to follow that will increase your chances of hitting 90 mph and do it in a safe way? In this episode we have Dr. Josh Heenan who is the creator of the 90 MPH formula. Dr. Heenan started to notice pitchers who threw hard but weren't strong in the gym, and he also saw guys who were strong in the weight room but it didn't translate to the field. He started to to take notes and realized that it was happening for a few reasons. They were either performing the wrong lifts or weren't doing any strength training at all and increasing their chances for injury dramatically. Dr. Heenan is the President of Advanced Therapy and Performance. He currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska.Instagram: @drheenan90 MPH Formula ProgramBlast Motion Code: pjb25 for $25 offK-Motion Code: pjb5 for $250 off See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
