In 1987 the Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) visited Paradise Towers. For him and Mel it was a harrowing experience with cannibals, girl gangs and killer roving trash machines. For us, the viewer, was Paradise Towers any good? We have some positive and negative things to say on this one.
