I also share some clips from the UFC 235 press conference and the UFC London press conference and the real heat between Woodley and Usman. Ben Askren might be the biggest dork in MMA and it is fantastic. I end the show with a top 5 guys who have gone up in weight.

I dive into some the latest MMA drama with Nate Diaz and Khabib, Colby coming at Dana and Luke Rockhold forgetting his 5 KO losses. I also preview UFC 235 and have an out of body experience while doing so. I end the show with a top 5 for ESPN.

This episode is not a traditional MMA Takes episode. We do not discuss MMA at all. We played a trivia game and I tested my best pal Austin's knowledge. It was a funny episode and the loser has to eat the hottest hot sauce known to man. Enjoy.

And number 1 on the UFC Fight Flashback countdown is Randy Couture Vs. Chuck Liddell 2 at UFC 52. This was the very first UFC PPV I ordered and I have not missed an event since. It was great watching this fight again.

Number 2 on the countdown is Rich Franklin Vs. Evan Tanner at UFC 42. This one has a big personal meaning for me and it was a lot of fun rewatching Rich Franklin UFC debut.
