    Robert F. Smith Chairman and CEO of Vista Equity Partners In 2015 Forbes magazine ranked Robert Smith as the wealthiest African-Americans in America being worth more than 3.3 billion dollars. Born in December 1, 1962 Denver, CO. Both of Robert's parents were educators and earned their PhDs. They lived in a middle class neighborhood in Denver where they stressed the importance and value of education. While an infant his mother took him to Washington DC to attend the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr delivered the famous "I have a dream speech". As a junior in high school in the 70's Robert showed a fascination and a proficiency in Computer science. He broke down a transistor to discover it had been invented by  Bell Labs, which had a nearby office. After securing the phone number, Robert called them and asked about a summer internship.     Harriet Tubman was an abolitionist, humanitarian and an armed scout and spy for the United states army in the Civil War. Born into slavery in 1822 in Maryland's eastern shore, her birth name was Araminta Ross. She endured the harsh existence of a field hand, including brutal beatings. In 1844 she married a free black man John Tubman. In 1849 Harriet fled slavery, leaving her husband and family behind in order to escape. Despite a bounty on her head, she returned to the south at least 19 times to lead her family and hundreds of other slaves to freedom via the Underground Railroad. Utilizing her native intelligence and drawing on her boundless courage, she eluded bounty hunters seeking a reward for her capture, which eventually went as high as forty thousand dollars. She never lost a fugitive or allowed one to turn back. Two things sustained Harriet; the pistol at her side and her faith in The Lord.     In the inaugural episode of the MoeDees podcast, Maurice and Dion give their reactions to the first listen of the Migos album Culture 2. This is the third album from the three man rap group from Atlanta, and was officially released January 26th.   The last album from the Migos was the platinum selling, #1 Culture album that featured their breakthrough hit "Bad and Boujee", another #1 on Billboard. This recording establish the group as one of the biggest and most influential in hip hop music.   Since their last album, the Migos have been involved in various projects from cameos, to album collaborations, to a recent compilation from their record label Quality Control. The first single from the album, "Motorsport" features Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, and sits in the the Billboard top ten as of this writing.
