22/06/2017 Duração: 01h15minIn this episode we talk about several concerts from the past couple weeks. We kick it off with talk about Sammy Hagar and the Circle in Tulsa. Sammy, Michael Anthony, Vic Johnson and Jason Bonham brought the rock of VH, Sammy, Zeppelin, Chickenfoot, and Montrose. We then get into a full report of our experience at ATT Stadium in Dallas seeing Metallica bring a massive show to the masses with great opening sets from Avenged Sevenfold, Local H, and Mixmaster Mike. After Dallas we traveled to Fort Smith for the Reliance Code CD release show at the Sound Room that also featured great sets from Screaming Red Mutiny, Vague Vendetta, and The Revolutioners. We also celebrate this release by playing one of RC's new songs. Next up we talk about the experience of seeing Iron Maiden up close and personal, and how Bruce, Steve Harris and the band are one of the best you will ever see. We talk about our love of Camp Jager, why we love going to ROK so much regardless of how much we like the lineup, the great Darkside Stage, our overall thoughts, the pre party days with sets from TROY (who we also play a song from), Reliance Code and Screaming Red Mutiny kicking off the Axis Stage in pure rock fashion, 3D in Your Face making their triumphant return to ROK, Fist of Rage doing what they always do (hint: it's rock), Nincos providing an absolute highlight, Switchbach with their brand of powerful rock (we also play a song from them), and Locust Grove bringing the high energy rock to the masses.
