Tiffany Bova is is the Global Growth Evangelist for Salesforce where she has worked since 2016. Her focus is to help drive customer success within Salesforce’s customer and partner ecosystem. She is the Wall Street Journal Bestselling author of the book “Growth IQ: Get Smarter About the Choices that Will Make or Break Your Business.” Tiffany also hosts the “What’s Next Podcast” and has featured major name guests like Daniel Pink, Arianna Huffington and Seth Godin.

Dr. Kimberly Beatty is the Chancellor at Metropolitan Community College  in Kansas City.   She was named the school’s eighth chancellor in 2017 and is the first African-American leader in the one hundred plus year history. Dr. Beatty came to MCC from Houston Community College where she served as vice chancellor.  She is a champion of access and equity and is committed to workforce and transfer (academic) education.  She was inducted into the Black Achievers Society of Greater Kansas City in 2019.

Chris Schembra returned home in 2015 after producing a Broadway play in Italy. Feeling disconnected from his work, he started experimenting with some dishes in his kitchen and accidentally created a pasta sauce recipe. Chris invited 15 of his friends over for dinner and served them his new pasta sauce. Devin Hedgepeth was recently accepted into the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He spent the last five years working for ExxonMobil. Devin was a star football player at Oklahoma State with NFL possibilities as a cornerback but three achilles injuries led to a pivot to another arena he excelled in, the classroom and industrial engineering. Shep Hyken is the Chief Amazement Officer at Shepard Presentations, a company he started in 1983.  He is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best selling author.  Shep travels the world as an expert speaking to organizations about customer experience and customer service.  Shep is in the National Speakers Association's Speaker Hall of Fame for lifetime achievement.   Shep is still speaking globally but doing it virtually from his home in St. Louis.  

Daniel Egli is the Chief Financial Officer at Russell Stover Chocolates, based in Kansas City.  His journey began in Switzerland where be grew up and worked out of college.  Egli worked for Proctor and Gamble for 14 years mostly in his native Switzerland before moving to Boston to serve as head of financial planning and analysis for P&G.  He was hired by Russell Stover in December of 2017 as CFO, responsible for finance and accounting, procurement, supply chain planning and IT.  

Dr. Jeff Duke is a former college football coach who is now a professor at the University of Central Florida.  He is an expert regarding the cultural influence of the coaching profession.  Jeff coached under legendary Bobby Bowden at Florida State, worked for Disney and now is a lecturer at UCF.  He is also an author and the founder of the 3D Institute, an organization established in 2014 aimed at providing the framework for coaching that addresses all three dimensions of an athlete.

Benjamin Anderson is VP, Rural Health & Hospitals at Colorado Hospital Association.  Prior to working at his current position, he helped turn Kearney County Hospital in Kansas from an institution that was losing $100,000 a year into the county's largest employer by developing a model that recruited young doctors to work in a rural setting and to make an impact by practicing family medicine.  He's been featured nationally on CBS Sunday Morning and in Politico.
