Marienda Gates gives back to her community to empower and inspire women and teen girls to greatness. Marienda finds great satifaction bring women together to work as a team to help each for support and understanding. As women working together, we can bring about change and positive acts in our community. Women are strong and need to be leaders to bring about change. Marienda strongly believes in prayer and a higher power to help us through the hard times to survive also with the help from other women supporting us.

Milwaukee's own Black Diamond recording artist talk's about, music (hop hip), song writing, music industry, giving back to his community by volunteering and mentoring our youth. Black Diamond is also an actor and will be playing a big role in the upcoming movie "53206" flimed in Milwaukee dealing with the violence in that community in Milwaukee with the zip code 53206. Black Diamond writes poetry and uses it to teach youth to express themselves and get their feelings out instead of using violence to solve their issues and problems with other youth in their community.  

Open forum day when you can express yourself. Women discussing issues from work, motherhood, love and relationships whatever that are on our minds that would like to be shared.  This a judge free zone where you can share freely. We are not here to judge anyone. We tackle different topics and try to educate and help listeners. All are welcome to join in with different prospectives. We also want to celebrate the achievements of women and goal setting. More women are becoming more independ due to the fact we are educating ourselves for survival reasons. For some a family is important also. Knowing how to balance family and work is complicated at time. We are trying to find a happy medium.
