413 years, and while YES, progress has been made, it has categorically been NOT ENOUGH. It is 2020, the oppression continues in many ways, and still people do not want to acknowledge the trauma.

What year is it? 2020 or 1920? Is this “Freedom”? How many times must we all be reminded that institutionalized hate is NOT a “thing of the past”, but rather alive and well and in need of healing?

300th episode! To be honest, it just kinda snuck up on me.

There is a lot going on... and amid all the chaos, there seems to be a focused effort to snare the spiritual communities of the word in the insidious ego traps of judgment.

It’s a false dichotomy that we do NOT need to make an either or decision about. We can do better. We must do better!!!

It is not either / or... it is both, simultaneously co creating each other.

The Worlds most Fictional religion continues its quiet creep towards world domination.

Just had “One of those Moments”like, mind blowing, reality questioning moments... an I still have not quite explained it yet!!!

Setting everything aside, because just literally had “One of those Moments”

Wonder which is toxic and which is healthy for us?

During these challenging times, we need to be stronger than ever, vigilant that we prevent FEAR from influencing us and our choices.

Negative numbers, historic crash. The blame game has yet to begin.

It is ok to be unsure of what comes next. Uncertanty can be daunting. But it can also be transformative.

You couldn’t have planned a better opportunity to really truly “Zen the f@#k Out”

The way in which we chose to respond to these recent world events will impact future generations.

What “the world” needs now is what it has always needed- Love, Healing, Transformation.

But I do not think we can do both at the same time. During this challenging moment of unusual circumstances, which one are you choosing to focus your energies on?

Hang tough, stay strong. Breath! Meditate! And always remember- Fear is a known liar, so just don’t let it in to your heart to mind.
