Josh Alexander is a student at St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Renfrew. Alexander was recently suspended for a conversation he had in a classroom. The grade 11 student said there are only two genders, and that male students shouldn’t use a female washroom. He was arrested for returning to school while he was still suspended. Caller 'Jonathan' says he is a CRA collection agent. He called Alex to talk about wage subsidy payments handed out by the federal government during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jonathan says federal workers angry with policies like vaccine mandates decided to take subsidy money they knew they weren't owed.
