After a winter break, Dai and Ruth are back. The pair discuss your questions after a chat about the Nations League and which Wales players could be on the move in January.

Dai and Ruth return to discuss the defeat to France last week, plus answer some questions from you. We start with some overall thoughts on the game before moving into specifics - Green's red card, the unfortunate second goal and the hurdles that the players need to overcome before we can move to the next level. We begin by looking at the Women's World Cup Qualifiers as Wales take on Slovenia and Estonia. The Slovenia away games looks a tough one, and the pair look at their most recent performance against France as evidence of that. Attention the turns to the home game against Estonia. Tactics, predictions and a look at the opposition. We move on to discussing Cardiff and Swansea, and how big a win for the jacks this was. Both look to be moving in very different at the moment, and we discuss which way both are heading. We finish with a mention of David Brooks and Dan Barden. Mark, also known for creating the Merthyr fanzine Dial M For Merthyr, sat down and chatted about anything and everything.
