The Bucs have hired former Cardinals coach Bruce Arians to be their next head coach and he's bringing a lot of the staff from Arizona with him. The 66-year-old coach who was retired was convinced by the Bucs and former Rays Manager Joe Madden to take the job. Arians will be expected to improve Jameis Winston as he's in the final year of his contract while former Jets Head Coach Todd Bowles will be the new Defensive Coordinator.
