There are some similarities between the two shows. Both were created by Willis Cooper, however, Arch Obler took over Lights Out In 1937 after a three year run with Willis Cooper. The 4 classic episodes we picked out for you and all feature Boris Karlof. The first one was first aired on April 27, 1943 and is titled Execution. It isv the story of a French woman the Nazis are trying to hang. Second episode Is The Dream which aired on March 23, 1938. It is the story of an excused murderer who is haunted by an unearthly creature Played by Templeton Fox. This stranger is urging him to KILL KILL KILL.Episode 3 is Bathysphere. This one is a political thriller about a scientist and a dictator sharing a deep-sea diving Bell. And lastly you will hear A Visitor From Hades which aired July 13, 1943.
