29/08/2015 Duração: 35minThis podcast was written and recorded by the Museum of Anthropologys Native Youth Program. In the last month, CiTR worked with the 6 interns to reflect on their time in the program and talk about what they learned about their culture and identity through their experiences in the Native Youth Program. They are unfiltered, unapologetic, and proud. This program is decolonization in action. Working with these youth, it was clear that they are acutely aware of the ongoing impacts of colonization, but are also creatively engaging with decolonization. They worked with influential indigenous artists, community members, and academics. They were open, curious, and vocal about their experiences and thoughts as urban native youth.
