Interview with Good For Grapes discussing their album The Ropes

doing my first fill in show on CiTR :) I played some classic samba, latin jazz. and salsa. Included some Hip-Hop towards the end of the show for my great friend Alice who is leaving to Australia

This podcast was written and recorded by the Museum of Anthropology’s Native Youth Program. In the last month, CiTR worked with the 6 interns to reflect on their time in the program and talk about what they learned about their culture and identity through their experiences in the Native Youth Program. They are unfiltered, unapologetic, and proud. This program is decolonization in action. Working with these youth, it was clear that they are acutely aware of the ongoing impacts of colonization, but are also creatively engaging with decolonization. They worked with influential indigenous artists, community members, and academics. They were open, curious, and vocal about their experiences and thoughts as urban native youth. Hannah the new intern's first show!Played a variety of good music (mainly indie), from the new albums CITR received. Had the occasional mess-up but wasn't too bad for the first time :)
