Being grateful no matter what is happening around you bears fruit and that fruit is...joy and peace that goes beyond what you can understand.    

The positive side of of a global pandemic is sharing the help we receive with those who need help, and holding one another up.

If you are going to spread something, and if you don't want to catch it later, be careful how you handle it and what you do with it.

Thoughts lead to actions which can put us in places we do and don't want to be in.  Thoughts can also lead to regrets.

Complaining isn't always a bad thing...grumbling however can lead to long term difficulty.

It's not about the physical reflection, it is an inward reflection that comes from a long look at who you are and who you could be...with growth.

We need the power available to us through Christ to be light in the darkness, peace in the storm and know that our best choices bring peace to others and ourselves.

It's time to use our voices for good and not for evil, time to contribute to make a difference for the innocent ones who cannot help themselves.  Together we can, and must work hard for change. 

We need change, we need to love like God does, without condition, we need to recognize we can do better...together.

Through this crazy virus and a host of other storms that come our way, what is it we learn and who is our best teacher?

To show you love and to tell me is what I believe we all need.  It's not one or the other, it's both.

Our vision is improving and we are moving toward greater understanding of what really matters.  COVID 19 is opening the worlds eyes.

We are living in a time we have never seen before, fear is a constant companion for some, uncertainty is for all, how can we make the best out of what seems like the worst?

We need to do what we feel to do and be happy when others do what they feel to do.  Want any life but your own and struggle follows.

Feeling fear does not mean we have no faith or are free from anxiety.  Fear is the feeling that motivates us to action, what action we take lessens or increases our fear.  

Gratitude, love and profound wisdom that comes from facing every trial with the light displacing the darkness.

Walking through the diagnosis and living your life well in spite of it.  

We must accept that learning to adapt, to the ever changing circumstances around us, is the key to maintaining good relationships with the people who we love and want in our lives. 

A new man, peace with God and joy that overflows.  Kanye West is a new creation.  It's fantastic.  

Whoever they may be in your life, each person is a one of kind unique creation, so, lets embrace our differences and love without condition.  If it is what you want from others, give it.
