In high school, Sean was an athlete playing football and baseball but going by his appearance now, you'd never know it. After recovering from drug addiction, he replaced it with fast food. Combined with various medical issues his weight topped out at 687 pounds. However, he has currently lost 110 pounds and his ultimate goal is to be at 200.
