I went over to Bobby Lee's house the other day and we sat down and talked about Korean American families, the stereotypes and how he and his family have shattered just about all of them. Conversations like this are great because if you've ever felt like an outsider you know there are people out there like you. Bobby has embraced what makes him a unique lunatic he is and found great success as a comedian and actor for the last 20 years and shows no signs of slowing down. This was one of the funniest most bizarre podcasts I've done so far and I hope you enjoy it. I went to Jameela Jamil's new home in Los Angeles and we had a nice conversation about life in the U.S and what growing up an Indian/Pakistani woman in the U.K was like. Jesus Trejo is a funny, honest and thoughtful dude. I sat down with him and talked about our southern California childhoods and how we came to grow up here. Jesus' parents struggled to get to America and have worked their entire lives to live here and raise a family. Jesus is reminded of that every day as he helps out with the family business while doing comedy full time and is always asking his parents for stories about their lives and he shares a few of them here including how his mom and dad met on the 'circuit.'
