On this podcast we discuss all things geek and nerd related, provided our DVR’s have space and our Netflix accounts are our own and none others.  This week, the Geeks (Jeff, Jake, Mitch, Nate and Matt Orrin), along with comedian Dan Jones, gathered in Trinidad, CO to discuss all things geek. We recorded in front of a live studio audience for this one, at the South West Chief Bicycle and Comedy Fest and it was great! We continued to talk about Endgame because, frankly, everyone is talking about it.  There are some holes that need addressing, especially regarding all the crazy time travel.  Now that the spoiler ban is lifted, everyone will be talking more about it.  Nate still hasn't seen it but that's his choice. Our listeners then threw some questions at us, which we eagerly addressed, ranging from Game of Thrones to the MCU with some crossover ones. We saw Captain Marvel and did she kick some serious butt!!  Did she kick Kree, or Skrull, butt?   Well, if you want to know then listen to this episode because we pretty much spoil the movie.  This is the last MCU movie before End Game, and they show us what Thanos will be up against.  Firstly, there is a really cool tribute to Stan Lee in the opening title.  And his cameo is GREAT in the movie, making us think that he IS God.  What are your thoughts on it?  The movie makes some minor changes from the comics, specifically with the Skrulls and Kree, and maybe also how she gets how powers. On this podcast we discuss all things geek and nerd related, provided our DVR’s have space and our Netflix accounts are our own and none others.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Nate, Jake and Matt Orrin) are joined by Evan Johnson & Reese Jenniges, back in the remains of El Charrito for another packed episode of geeky goodness.   First off this week is Young Justice: Outsiders.  This show, though filled with more characters than necessary, is great and is another reason why all geeks should have the DCU streaming service.  It is great seeing all your favorite, and somewhat obscure, characters get time but it is also cool to see some of the newer, less known characters such as Halo.  She is a bit OP though, as it seems that she is getting new powers daily!  This made us wonder if maybe she will become a multi-colored Lantern.  Do they even exist?  The action on the show is pretty solid, especially when Batman infiltrates Santa Prisca island with the Outsiders. On this podcast we discuss all things geek and nerd related, provided our DVR’s have space and our Netflix accounts are our own and none others.  This week, a small subset of Geeks (Mitch, Nate and Matt Orrin) are joined by Evan Johnson, back in the remains of the Comedy Room Room for another packed episode of geeky goodness.   It looks like Thanos might have finally gotten to us, as only half of the Geeks were present but that void was well filled by the shoes, and Trenchcoat, of Evan Johnson (aka Constantine).  He shared any insight he had with us on all kinds of topics, even with the Flash.  How does Flash age?  If he is moving normally when everyone isn't, would he live for a long time or does that take a toll on his body and age him quicker?  We discussed Flash because the show is back on CW, and it hit the ground running.  Some of us think Nora needs to leave the show, as she is "slowing" it down.  Her arc continues, however.   Next on to the new Spiderman trai

On this podcast we discuss all things geek and nerd related, provided our DVR’s have space and our Netflix accounts are our own and none others.  This week, a foursome of the Geeks (Jake, Mitch, Nate and Matt Orrin) are joined by Evan Johnson and are back in the Comedy Room Room for another packed episode of geeky goodness.     We had just seen Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse when we recorded this and, boy-howdy, we were pumped!  The movie was so good, and was referenced by someone as the best superhero movie made, possibly both animated and just in general.  Everything about it was solid, especially the animation and the writing.  The story was great and so was Nicholas Cage, but we expected him to be great.  Who was YOUR favorite character?  We jump in and out of Spidey talk throughout the episode.  It was interesting how powerful a role guns played out in the movie, used by people that don't really use or need guns.  Curious? We see the history of Hank and Dawn as they share a tragedy.  We see a lot more than that, in fact...its more like Hank and Dong!  This was a real dark episode, showing Hank take one for the team to protect his younger brother Donny from a preying, pedophile Gym Teacher.  This could help explain some of Hank's aggression.  The episode ends with Rachel calling out to them from inside their dreams.  We know Trigon is coming.  What does this spell for our heroes?
