God's purpose of creation is man was to have a "Sayer of yes"...He created man and gave him the choice to say yes to God...above and beyond his own desires.

How many baptism are to be experienced in the life of the believer? I believe that scripture gives 3 distinct experiences that are to be a part of every believers life...and baptism is defined in the greek as...baptism...to immerse, submerge; to make whelmed(i.e. fully wet); used only (in the New Testament) of ceremonial ablution (washing), especially (technically) of the ordinance of Christian baptism...

The moments on the mountaintop are rare moments... and they are meant for something in God's purpose. The true test of our spiritual life is in exhibiting the power to descend from the mountain. If we only have the power to go up... and the desire to remain there with Him something is wrong.

We all face temptation and the enemy of our souls comes to tempt us for only one reason...to move us off of and away from God's specific purpose for our lives. Every persons faces the kind temptation that James speaks to in being "drawn away by our own lust..." our individual appetites for the things which are country to the nature and life of God...

We are living in a Day when walking and living by faith and not by sight requires great Courage... The sudden lies of the day and the hour we are living in require the courage of faith to stand... We no longer live in a day when faith and courage are commodities that can purchase or picked up at convenience store church...for they are born out the conviction that God's Word is the Truth...the Way... and the only source of real Life!!! Courage is never a byproduct of Convenience!

We all callAbraham the "father"... not because he got God's attention by living like a saint, but because God made something out of Abraham when he was a nobody. Isn't that what we read in Scripture, God saying to Abraham, "I set you up as father of many peoples"? Abraham was first named "father" and then became a father.

Change your view and you change your perspective... if all we can see is what everyone else sees... it will be hard to have faith for the things God has declared to us in his Word...Faith must have view that sees from a perspective that is higher than what the natural man sees..

Because deception is the order of the day and a key indicator of the times we are in... being led by the Holy Spirit in all things is imperative to the life of the Believer... The main purpose of the Holy Spirit in our lives is to lead and guide us into all truth... in this hour we need His Truth in our lives more than ever!

Knowing what faith is and how faith works is of vital importance to our lives. We need to know how faith is to be used in our lives. There are unfortunately too many misconceptions of faith... It's work and purpose in the church and the traditional thinking of many people... Some times just a logical examination of a topic can reveal helpful insights into our lives.

God sets the Plumb Line of His Word before us to reveal to us life as it should be...and He Works in our lives by His Spirit to bring our lives into alignment with His Word...
