HAPPY NATIONAL SAUSAGE ROLL DAY!  The guys handed out two sausage rolls to every person who got on air this morning with over twenty people scoring the delicious goodness! Just one day after Carlton sacked Brendon Bolton, Fremantle coach Ross Lyon was spotted having lunch with Blues list manager Stephen Silvagni. NNS discussed who were you spotted with. Fran was spotted having dinner with her dad who owns the company she works for. A client of hers saw the two and thought they were a couple! And Jenna’s friend cancelled on her last minute and you’ll never guess who she was having dinner with instead… And Corine messaged Nat to ask for help after the radio on their boat got stuck for four hours on Nova 93.7. The guys are back after a lazy long weekend!  They kicked off the show with Fox Sports commentator Julian De Stoop and his take on the sacking of Carlton coach Brendon Bolton. He was awkwardly sitting next to him when he got the flick. He also gave NNS the run down on the footy from the weekend.  Nathan replaced a light bulb at his apartment all by himself and Shaun called the owner of some boxes which fell out the back of a moving truck. In the words of Mariah Carey ‘Hero’ the guys discussed why were you a hero. Sharon took a lady home after she missed her taxi and Shaun very politely helped a lady out at the shops yesterday. And an eight-year-old boy from Perth decided it would be a great idea to climb up in to a chimney. He got stuck and the fire brigade had to rescue him. He will forever be known as the ‘Chimney boy’. NNS wrapped up the week with Eagles superstar and soon to be dad of two Chris Masten. Baby number two is due October 10th – dangerously close to the end of the footy season. He’s feeling good as he’s playing for the Eagles in the WAFL this weekend. The Eagles take on the Western Bulldogs this weekend at Optus Stadium. Shaun stopped at the petrol station this morning to get a drink, after he paid he had to wait for the attendant to let him out. What he didn’t realise was that there was a button right next to him which opened the doors to freedom even quicker – doh! The guys discussed when the solution was right in front of you but you just couldn’t see it. Amber had trouble getting her daughter out of the toilet and Peter was stuck at the shops for a very long time after his car decided ‘not to work’. The guys mate from Dubai, Radio DJ Kris had the help of actor Will Smith help him propose to his girlfriend. There are a lot of men hating on him right now because who can top that proposal! He also chatted about living in the fast lane in Dubai and how there needs to be some sort of exchange happening with the two radio stations. Daniel Garb called in nice and early and chatted to the guys ahead of the ICC World Cup. He’s hoping the Aussies will have a cracking season and they can come home with the cup. HAPPY BREAKFAST CLUB DAY!  The guys chatted with Aussie hip hop band Hilltop Hoods after the release of their new song ‘Exit Sign’. The group started with Suffa and Pressure and were later joined by DJ Debris but now they go by their ‘normal’ names Matt, Daniel and Barry. NNS quizzed them on school antics, their latest song and their home décor! Hannah from sales hosted breakfast club this morning making two types of delicious bagels. The options were either salmon and cream cheese or avocado and tomato – delicious! The guys got talking about what do you complain about when you go to your parent’s place? Kayleigh has to wear heaps of blankets because her dad keeps all the windows and doors open in his house and Rebecca’s parents have way too any inside dogs! And a lady in Perth received a rude voice mail after applying for a job. The employers bagged her out after looking on her social media page. The guys discussed employers checking social media. Today on the show the guys chatted about a man in China who put his arms out to catch a toddler who was dangling from a five-storey apartment block, he softened the toddlers fall but knocked himself out in the process. The guys discussed where you lost consciousness. Mark fainted during a first aid course, Claire realised the Aquarium is not the place for her and Christine hit her elbow so hard she fainted. Shaun’s mum chats regularly to a lady who works at a grocery store in Perth and yesterday when she was in a rush, the lady stopped her and said ‘I need to catch up with you later, you must pray…’ the guys discussed ‘Ominous warnings’ and despite the phone lines being down for a bit the people of Perth had creepy stories to tell. Krissy was told her husband shouldn’t drive for a month and Lisa’s son told her she better see the doctor…turns out he was right. Former Australian professional tennis player Sam Groth chatted with the guys ahead of the French Open. He said the Aussies should do well coming off a win yesterday. Although he’s not a massive fan of the French open he reckons they have some of the best ball boys and girls in the world.  Australian comedian Troy Kinne chatted with the guys earlier this morning about his new show ‘Kinne tonight’ which is on at 9:30pm. Being a comedian he’s naturally funny right? The show does sound like a good one to tune in to. A man in Sydney has been filmed cycling through a busy tunnel with a child seated in front of him. The guys asked what did you tell your child not to say. Todd broke his wife’s favourite chair and Michelle’s daughter will probably give the rollercoaster ride a miss next time.  And a tennis player threw his sweaty towel in to the crowd after a match, a child was lined up to get it when an older man pushed him out the way! This morning’s show kicked off talking about little old Queenie. She was filmed yesterday using the self-serve check out in a food shop for the FIRST TIME EVER. The guys jumped in to asking everyday things you’ve never done. Jade has a beautiful garden but she’s not the one who looks after it and Laura has never had to shave her legs… Masto was supposed to be in the studio with NNS this morning but he forgot – doh! HAPPY BREAKFAST CLUB DAY!  Pete Rowsthorn popped in to the studio to have a chat with NNS this morning. He is on ‘Talkin Bout your generation’ tonight at 7.30pm on Nine. He definitely didn’t talk much about the show but what he did talk about was how two of his kids have moved out and there’s only two more to go – woohoo! He also told the guys how he’s not been up to a whole lot, which he’s happy about. Breakfast club was made my Sales Rep Luke this morning and his gorgeous son Romeo helped him too. The duo made bacon and egg muffins and Luke even brought in his own BBQ! Politician Chris Bowen did a press conference outside his home in Sydney, NNS discussed what did they ask or not ask to do outside your home. Cassie’s in-laws house was used as the background for some wedding photos and kids turned up on Wayne’s farm. An electronics company in Perth had a misprint in their catalogue, where they priced a washing machine which was meant to be one-thousand dollars at a dramatically lower cost of $129 – woops! The guys asked when they priced it wrong and what did you get. Misty scored a Bunnings umbrella for basically nothing and Paul got a pillow so cheap he even bought the staff member one to take home.   Shaun’s son Ollie wasn’t having a bar of Meegan going on a school trip because apparently, he’s too old for her to come. NNS discussed what do your kids no longer let you do and Louise is no longer allowed to call her son ‘Lukey’ and Sandra says the days of roller blading with her daughter are now over forever.    And the final episode of GOT wrapped up last night and Nathan and Shaun were super happy with the ending. The show kicked off with CJ Grant and her maggot tea – yep you read that right! She first found the tea in Thailand and believes it’s the cure to acne. Naturally, NNS had to try some and apparently, it tastes better than it looks! CJ will be on tonight’s episode of ‘Medicine or Myth’ on SBS where she will talk a little more about her weird and wonderful tea concoction’s. The guys mate Steve Butler from the West called in after an average weekend of footy. He thinks the Dockers need to lift their game after three consecutive losses. In other news, the Eagles had a belter on the weekend, with flying Ryan being a frontrunner for the Mark of the Year after his performance on Friday night. Politician Christian Porter announced he would get a tattoo if he keeps his seat – he better start looking at tattoo designs! HAPPY FRIYAY!  The show kicked off with former Australian goal keeper Mark Bosnich in the studio with NNS. He can’t wait for the Glory game on the weekend but is still backing Sydney to win – the traitor! He also told the guys about his six-figure golf membership he once bought when he was earning the big bucks in the UK. The legend himself – Liam Bartlett stopped by and gave Shaun a telling off about recycling. He also told the guys about one of his first interviews with the late Bob Hawke. Bob was busy watching the horse races while Bartlett – a keen budding journalist was patiently waiting at the door for his arrival.  Masto was also in and he was feeling super sorry for himself after he was dropped from the game and has a torn hammy. Conrad Sewell stopped by when Nathan was away and talked about his adventures in the US, how he has a new clothing line coming out pretty soon – one of his designs has a cassette tape in the pocket! And how he had a great night with Connor McGregor in Ireland.    Nathan over heard two guys coming up with a lie about how they can get out of voting on the weekend…they ended up saying they were going over to Sydney to visit a cousin. The guys asked about lies that you’ve told to get out of something. Matt told a white lie to his mates because he didn’t want to go out…six months later he got caught up in it and Bridgette let it slip she had bad eye sight to the people at the driving centre.   And last night’s episode of Five Bedrooms started and one of the mums is so sad her son has fled the nest to live on his own. No Nathan today he’s on Games of Thrones 360 Live tonight!   Sam Pang from ‘Have you been paying attention?’ called in to chat with Nat and Shaun about his return to the show. He told the guys he’s turning over a new leaf and starting a fresh – but look nobody wants to watch that Sam! The show premieres tonight at 8:30pm on Ten.    Shaun unloaded on the kids after his rascals didn’t even make Meegan breakfast in bed yesterday. The guys asked why are your kids the worst and it turns out Corine’s family can’t eat for a week after her son spent a little too much money and Kathy’s son might be older but that didn’t stop him from putting in any effort for her yesterday.   Nat and Shaun also discussed what do you always carry on you – after a few of the boys from the Eagles got stuck in a lift, but thankfully someone had a pack of cards with them! Comedian Stephen K Amos came in to the studio with NNS and he was hilarious as always. He loves visiting Perth but by the time he gets here he’s so tired he doesn’t do a whole lot – the guys asked him about Rottnest and he’s never been! He isn’t a fan of Quokka’s either.  Fox commentator Daniel Garby is stoked with all the soccer chat at the moment especially being a Liverpool fan – he’s exhausted after staying up all night to watch the Mighty Reds win. The Premier Mark McGowan stopped by and somehow got roped in to giving Nathan and Shaun fifty bucks each for autographing their caps! It’s clear to say the boys are now Mark’s biggest fans! He did talk some serious stuff though, like the 30 million dollars that’s going to be poured in to re-developing the East Perth Power station! The boys from Lego Masters, David and G chatted to the guys about last night’s incredible Lego bridge – they certainly channelled their inner Engineering roles with it being able to hold the weight of an adult. They also made the cutest Lego Nova boy and within five minutes Nathan had already snapped an arm off – oops. A guy called Nick had to be rescued after he fell off a cliff face while trying to take a photo…a few weeks later he had to be rescued AGAIN for doing the same thing – will he ever learn?! A wicked start to the week with the guys catching up with Ava Max. She’s released her new song ‘So am I’. NNS got straight down to business and asked her about the famous Max cut – and it’s pretty funny how the hair style came about. The guys talked about freebie fanatics, after a lady confessed to visiting heaps of shops and fast food places ahead of her birthday in order to get a freebie! She said her whole days consists of free burgers, pies, ice cream and even a boost juice! Bella gets free samples every day and Candy plans her whole day so she gets every freebie possible!
