Writer Kaz Cooke joined the guys to talk about her latest book ‘Up the duff’. She told them about parenting nightmares, a lot of boob chat and how to host a good baby shower. A South Australian public servant has been sacked after he allegedly peed in the work kettle. The guys wanted to hear from people who have ‘that’ person at work. It’s all happening tomorrow night when the latest Bachelorette Angie Kent begins her journey to find love. She spoke to NNS this morning and filled them in with all the latest details for the series ahead. A young boy in Queensland received the fright of his life after a massive Groper leapt out of the water and tried to grab him while he was fishing with his family. NNS heard from people who had been grabbed. Mark had a similar experience with a cuttle fish and Claire had a battle with a shredding machine at work. And yesterday NNS spoke to Rebecca who told them about her very unusual first date. The guys heard from people who had very bad first dates. The show everyone has been waiting for is on tonight and that is Love Island Australia – NNS thought there would be no better way to celebrate than speaking to the angel herself, Sophie Monk. She stopped by and gave all the low down on the new series.  A man working in the Pilbara was badly burnt after his work shirt got hot in the sun. The guys heard from people who had issues with their work uniforms. Anna had a highly flammable pair of work pants and Chandler had to wear a very uncomfortable dress to work.  And Shaun saw a couple of kids struggling after they decided to take on the rapids in their canoe. They capsized a short while later and needed help. NNS spoke to people who gave it a go and very quickly realised it wasn’t a good idea. Although Chris Masten from the West Coast Eagles hasn’t officially hung up his boots, NNS thought they’d re-cap on some of his best moments over the years and what’s next for the dad of two. Cake connoisseur Mel Buttle from The Great Australian Bake Off stopped by to talk about her amazing job – eating cake for a living! She’s learnt her lesson from being a judge on the show for so long and limits herself to a slice an episode. And it was a long ride home for some people yesterday after a serious crash caused major traffic delays on the freeway. Property guru Andrew Winter stopped by and gave some very good tips on when to buy, the current housing market in Perth and the economy in general. He’s here filming ‘Love It or List It Australia’ and hinted that the next house is north of the river and is somewhere hilly… Shaun’s wife Meegan takes copious amounts of bath towels and mats on holiday and she doesn’t think it’s strange. NNS spoke to callers who do things which might sound a little weird to everyone else. Corinna has an issue with cooking different meats and Ros has a funny way of doing her laundry.  And the man who allegedly stole an expensive piece of art work from a pub in Fremantle has been asked to hand it back. The guys are back from their holidays but before they went away they managed to speak to ILLY. He came in the studio and chatted about how being a high school dropout wasn’t a bad thing. A random law degree he managed to obtain and his love of spearmint milk.    Nat went to the Jamaica for her holidays and treated herself to a seat in business class for the flight home. She got served some good karma as she was bumped up to first class free of charge. The guys wanted to hear from people who were served good and bad karma. Tahlia lost her job but was rewarded shortly after and Sarah had a rough time during her first aid course but thankfully her university placement worked out well.   And a video has been circulating social media of a guy refusing to move out of a carpark bay at Mullaloo beach. The guys are heading off on holidays so today they jam packed their show with stacks of guests. Earlier on in the show they spoke to Dannii Minogue about the show ‘The masked singer’ which kicks off next week. Dannii told the guys there are heaps of well-known celebs on the singing show but it might take the viewers at home a while to guess who they are.                                                                                                                &

TV favourite Lynne McGranger – famously known as the character Irene Roberts in Home and Away joined the guys this morning as she prepares to get her kit off for charity! The show ‘Ladies Night’ starts next week on Channel 7 and Lynn said as soon as they asked her to be a part of the show she couldn’t say no.  Last night on The Bachelor Matt had an opportunity to strengthen his feelings as he spent alone time with the final three bachelorettes. Unfortunately, Helena just couldn’t come back from her horrible hometown date and wasn’t given a rose. NNS spoke to her this morning and she was glad the journey was finally over. And an experienced bush walker had a fall and had to ‘carry’ his broken leg for two days…the guys heard from people who had to carry strange things. Pia Miranda was named queen of Survivor last night so NNS joined her for a chat this morning. She gave it all she had and managed to take home the title. She’s going to catch up with Luke Toki soon after she cut his journey short the night before and how hard it was keeping the secret of winning from her family.  A car was stopped on the road in Darwin due to a large number of crocodiles blocking the cross way. The guys heard from people who saw something on the road. Kim was stopped by a rogue emu in the metro area, Dani was attacked by a group of slow moving turtles and Kayla found her dad in the middle of the road… And Shaun thought he misplaced his wallet yesterday at the swimming pool – turns out he had left it at home on the kitchen bench. NNS spoke to people who realised they were losing their minds. And Nathan was just about to go to sleep last night when he noticed a spider on the wall, he tried to kill it but it didn’t move so instead he moved in to the spare room for the night. NNS heard from people who will never sleep in their room again. Cricketer Dave Warner has had a pretty terrible season, he finished the series with a 9.3 average which has sadly earnt him the title of the lowest average to ever be received in the history of cricket. The guys wanted to hear from people with really bad records. Jackson had a tough run at school, Kristy dated a lot of Shane’s and Tahlia has struggled to keep a job since she was 20. Shaun woke up this morning with his knee’s hurting really badly – he’s concluded that he’s just getting old. NNS heard from people who jumped out of bed too quickly. Shelley’s husband had a nightmare and nearly hurt himself, Michelle got tangled up in her bed sheets and Laura’s arm popped out of its socket.  And NNS mate Steve Butler from The West called in to talk about all things footy. The grand final is fast approaching and Steve had a lot to say about it. Movie royalty stopped by this morning Rachel Griffiths and Michelle Payne. The new movie called Ride Like A Girl is out in the cinemas next week. Rachel directed the movie and told NNS about how she managed to get Michelle on-board.   Nathan found a photo of him in a cricket team and he cannot remember being in the team at all! Jessica had the same thing happen to her when she found pots at her mum and dads house and Nicole mustn’t have been very good at dancing because her mum can’t remember taking her.   And two lifestyle bloggers have been locked up in Iran after allegedly flying their drone for Instagram content. The guys wanted to hear from people who had been to interesting places which have a bad rap. Elly was left heartbroken last night after she didn’t receive a rose from Bachy Matt Agnew, she spoke to the guys this morning about what she did after the dumping, her current relationship status and her plan to work on her ‘laughing face’ – whatever that is! A truck driver cause chaos on the freeways yesterday morning with traffic at a standstill during peak hour. The guys wanted to hear from people who had been hated on by a large amount of people. Tommy had the whole population of Darwin hating him, Paula had the hard job of calming passengers down during a flight delay and Joe and his wife caused chaos when they left the drive-ins. This time he didn’t have any family members to dedicate the book to, so instead he picked the name Annabelle – so congrats if you know anyone with that name! A fraudster advertised a poodle named Shiny on Gumtree as a healthy 3yo but really the dog was more than twice that age and blind! The guys heard from people who had been stung by online shopping. Shane bought his son a toy knife and 15 years later he still hasn’t been able to play with it and Sarah met up with a guy who looked VERY different to his photos online. And you may have seen it in the news yesterday, but a couple of base jumpers made a daring plunge off the 40-storey exchange tower in the CBD. After landing safely they bolted before being caught by the cops. NNS heard from people who had a story to tell about why everyone was looking out the window. Comedian Pete Rowsthorn stopped by with his two gorgeous daughters, he was running late so NNS made him think he ruined the show. And the godmother from Survivor, Janine was booted from the island last night. Nova 93.7 announcer turned movie producer Callan Durlik joined the guys this morning to talk about his latest film in cinemas now ‘The Naked Wanderer’. He talks to NNS about his bond with legendary actor John Cleese, where he got the movie idea from and how long it took him to write the script.  A spear fisherman had a lucky escape after being stalked and attacked by a great white shark North of Perth. The guys heard from people who had been on the longest journeys ever! Trent had a rough time on a biking holiday, Laura busted her ankle and Ricardo had to keep running – literally.  And Shaun was heading down the beach yesterday, when he thought he saw one of Ollies friends. He yelled out and asked the kid if he wanted to grab a lift down to the beach – turns out it wasn’t him. Karim from the new show on Ten called Sydney’s crazy rich Asians kicks off on Sunday night, he gave NNS an insight in to the some of his high paying clients and how money is no option for him when it comes to creating the very best events for the rich and famous.  For the first time, EVER, NNS wanted to hear about unwanted doodles after a cat called Daisy was put up for adoption and sadly has a doodle on her forehead – thankfully Daisy has found a new home and is going well! Tracy had to get her tattoo fixed and Carly’s mum and dad have lived in the same house for 35 years and have never realised the big doodle staring at them in the living room. And after last night’s game Nic Naitanui could be in trouble after a Bombers player yanked his dreadlock, causing the ruckman to send him flying. Newsreader Ellie had an absolute nightmare playing handball hero this morning, it took her 17 goes to get the ball in the hole. Former AFL player Simon Black was evicted from Survivor last night and NNS got the chance to speak to him this morning. He said he lost more than 8kg during the game and said it’s the skinniest he’s been since he was 18! The Block legends Ronnie and Georgia stopped by nice and early after they appeared on last night’s episode of The Block. The guys loved when they emerged from the tent and looked so good! And a toddler was chewing on a pencil when he fell over and lodged the pencil in his mouth causing chaos. NNS heard from people who had learnt from putting things in their mouth.
