This weekly podcast brings you in-depth conversational interviews with expert PhDs, doctors, athletes, researchers, strength coaches, entrepreneurs and high-performers to share their stories and insights, in an attempt to uncover the secret tips, tactics and strategies that allow them to perform at the top of their game.I'm a firm believer in the Pareto Principle, that 20% of your actions yields 80% of the gains, and in this podcast I'll help shine a light on the clearest, simplest and most efficient path to success.
