The lads celebrate a dirty dozen of podcasts discussing the usual nonsense you would now come to expect by now. Mig late and take a leak, we hear about Apples' adventures in Brum, Tommy's becomes a quiz master, Jonesy knows nothing about cricket and Phil sulks.

Five Guys (not that one) discuss life, sport, politics and film. This week Mig on a train, Tommy puts out his washing, we dive into Jonesys' subconscious, Apples goes from hero to Coke Zero, Big Phil has an update on his washing machine.

With Tommy, in Communist exile, our 4 heroes struggle on without him. Rio games kicking makes this a sport heavy episode.
