LIONS GATE PORTAL (August 8th peak): There’s a lot going on with the Lions Gate portal. This event happens once a year. For those of us who are sensitive, it might feel like a crazy time because there is so much high frequency energy.  Here’s what it might feel like for those of us who are sensitive. Lately I’ve been getting a lot of questions about connecting with spirits and/or Mediumship. ??FULL MOON/LUNAR ECLIPSE ENERGY: This is a double whammy for those of us who are sensitive. A full moon, coupled with a lunar eclipse definitely intensifies the regular effects of the lunar cycles. MAY ENERGY REPORT: So this month's been a little bit of a rough one. But here's what's happening in a nutshell... * Fear * Anxiety * Opportunity Because the low vibration is heavy right now, then couple that with the planetary alignment, you might find you feel a mess. ENERGY UPDATE: Many people have been and are still experiencing feeling unusually tired with this last energy shift. ?? More naps ?? Going to bed early  ?? Disrupted sleep schedule  ?? Insomnia (which causes tiredness during the day of course) Why? Because with any BIG shift in energy, your physical body wants to “hibernate”. When you are sleeping is when most all healing takes place, whether that be physical or energetic healing. Have you ever wondered, “What did that dream mean?” Well I get this question a LOT. People wondering what this dream meant, or that dream. Translating your own dreams can be very frustrating and confusing. Especially if you don’t really know the reason that your dreaming in the first place. No one really wonders why they are dreaming, they just know that they dream. And why you dream is a very important piece of this “dream puzzle”. I wanted to talk a little bit off the cuff today about this subject because very rarely will you get signs from "spirit" as a warning that something bad is going to happen. This is not how it works in the spiritual world. This is a trained perspective. Something you've been taught to believe. For those who've trained themselves to "seek & align" with lower vibrations, they will get lower vibration signs or signals on occasion. Just as those of us with higher vibrations will receive higher vibrations signs and signals. However, this get's tricky when you are ascending, because everyone's vibration is moving.
