The french native entreprenuer Claude Baruk is a celebrity hair stylist. We sat down at his beautiful state of the art salon inside the Wynn on Las Vegas Blvd and discussed his compelling journey which led him from his home in Avignon France to a friendship with Mr. Steve Wynn that blossomed eventually into the "Claude Baruk Salon," a dream come true for this opportunistic man.

An unassuming mastermind, the Boston native Jimmy Gifford found his calling as a coach very early on in life. His love of boxing eventually led him to become one of the best striking coaches in the sport of Mixed Martial arts. You will usually find him down in the private UFC basement gym sipping on a coffee and holding mitts for some of the worlds most elite professional MMA fighters. He has a particilar talent for flying low under the radar as he is not one to call for any sort of spotlight on himself, part of the reason I was so thrilled he agreed to share his intriguing story. You will learn how his longtime friendship with Dana White had Dana calling one day asking coach Giff to train him for his boxing bout with Tito Ortiz. Jimmy Gifford was the first and only person Mr. White (a long time boxing fan) called to train him. Now Giff resides in Las Vegas full time, living his dream of coaching athletes.
