If you want to love people well, you're going to run out of capacity. It's impossible for you to lead 100 people at the same level of quality. It's impossible. I remember reading that John Maxwell said, effectively, you can only lead 5 to 7 people. Jesus had 12. That was part of His inner circle, but he chose three out of the 12 that he took everywhere with Him.
