The New York Jets made a big splash this offseason trading for star pass rusher Haason Reddick. Reddick wants a new contract, however, and will not participate in this week's mandatory minicamp. This will result in a fine for Reddick. The bigger question is how far he will be willing to push this. It isn't time for Jets fans to panic, but this certainly could have some sort of impact on the team in 2024 unless the situation is resolved. The NFL has new kickoff rules this year. Teams are finding ways to prepare for them. The New York Jets made a signing with the rules in mind, Tarik Cohen. Cohen is a former All Pro return man. Now we must note that was six years ago. Cohen has suffered a number of serious injuries over the last few years and hasn't even played in an NFL game since 2020.
