In this episode of the Lions of Liberty Podcast, we convene another session of our popular feature, “Libertarians in Living Rooms Drinking Liquor!” Host Marc Clair welcomes in fellow liquored-up libertarians Brian McWilliams, John “Odie” Odermatt, and Howie Snowdon. Brian kicks the conversation off by bringing up the Supreme Court’s recent 5-4 vote that ruled disparate-impact claims can be filed under the fair Housing Act of 1968.  This prompts Marc to launch into a rant about the overuse of the word discrimination and the group generally agrees that they have no idea how this law can be enforced on a large scale.
